Lingerie is your best friend
Good underwear is the absolute key to feeling sexy, confident and above all comfortable on your big day. If you opt for a backless wedding dress, choosing the right bra will make the world of difference. With so many high street stores catering for brides; amazing underwear has got so much easier to find. Go for strapless styles with extendable straps for optimum comfort or ensure your bra cups are fit into your dress for a seamless, figure hugging fit.

3 step plan to a backless ready back.
Let’s face it your back is awkward and hard to reach alone…so we tend to ‘forget’ to moisturise, don’t we ladies? However giving your skin the TLC it deserves months before your big day means feeling and looking amazing.
1.) Yoga is great for toning muscles subtly leaving you looking lean.
2.) Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise. Pick your fav moisturiser and put your other half to work!
3.) On your big day make sure your MOH has a glimmer spray ready, one spritz to ensure shimmery goodness!

Stand up straight!
A mother’s favourite nag…however good posture is key in carrying off a seductive backless dress. The straighter your back, the slimmer you look and the more elegant your dress will appear.
