Taking romance back to nature!
The dresses were finished, the model was chosen, the location was decided and so after months of waiting for the right weather the forecast finally moved in our favour with sunshine promised for a few days late March.

With the finished 2013 ‘Wallis in Love’ collection ready and we hoped for the best as we secured the impeccable Ben Lee as our photographer and decided to book a date for the shoot of our 2013 ‘Wallis in Love’collection inspired by Wallis Simpson, Duchess of Windsor.
Luckily March 29th turned out to be a most pleasant and sunny day of spring, one of the few days this season that the English weather has been kind. And so we were able to travel to the beautiful forest of Surrey to have our romantic outdoor photo shoot.
With a collection inspired by the life and style of Wallis Simpson it seemed only far that we dedicated a very romantic shoot to one of the most infamous love stories in history. Wallis Simpson and Prince Edward, former King of England shared the unique love story in the history when Edward gave up the throne to be with the ‘woman I love’ – Wallis Simpson.
With a collection dedicated to Wallis, such independent and free spirited woman, we decided it was only far to show these pieces in natural wilderness with the hint of 1930’s style.

With thanks to Photographer Ben Lee and our make-up & hair stylist Ketinova who did such a wonderful job in capturing our vision. Along with our model Laura who so beautifully embodied the style of the vintage eras and perfectly displayed our gowns.

A special thanks must go out to our wonderful ‘horse model’ Daisy. She was the epitome of professional, accommodating and lovely to work with, only showing slight impatience at the beginning due to long hours of standing. She co-operated perfectly with beautiful model Laura and helped bring to life our vision. With much appreciation going out to Daisy’s owner Debie & her daughter who were fabulous at keeping her calm and helping her perform to the best of her abilities.
